Industrial structures analysis software
LIRA-FEM is suitable for industrial buildings and structures analysis. It is possible to model and perform analysis of various industrial structures, such as industrial halls, silos, drilling platforms, exhaust pipes, etc.
- Finite element analysis
- Static analysis
- Dynamic analysis
- Nonlinear analysis
- Seismic analysis
- Design combinations
- Frame analysis
- Beam analysis
Linear processor
Static analysis, FE library, complete dynamic analysis, floor (nodal) response spectrum, earthquake, wind pulsation, super-elements. This is included in all default configurations of LIRA-FEM software.
Nonlinear processor
Engineering nonlinearity, physical nonlinearity, structural nonlinearity, geometric nonlinearity, pushover analysis.
The analysis of reinforced concrete structure
Analysis of reinforcement (cross-section areas) according to different building codes. ARM-SAPR is available in all standard configurations of LIRA-FEM
The analysis of metal structures
Selection of cross-section for metal elements and check of defined sections and joints according to different building codes. Available in all standard configurations of LIRA-FEM
Composite (steel and RC) structures
Analysis of composite (RC & steel) structures - columns and beams with different patterns of stiff reinforcement. Selection flexible reinforcement in defined composite sections. Additional specialised analysis and graphic system for steel reinforced concrete structures design in LIRA-FEM.
Masonry structures
3D model generation of multi-storey building from masonry structures with account of RC embedments (bond, core). Carries out analysis and selects mesh reinforcement for masonry. Performing the analysis with the selection of masonry reinforcement meshes.
LIRA-FEM users' projects in the "Industrial buildings" area
Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station
Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station is located on the Angara river, near Kodinsk city (Kezhemsky region, Krasnoyarsk Territory). This station is included into Angarsk cascade of hydroelectric power stations; it is its fourth, the lowest level.
Drilling rig frame analysis
The object for verification analysis is the supporting metal structures of the drilling rig. Among others, the task was to perform the analysis of bearing structures of the drilling rig in LIRA-FEM software and determine the deformations and forces in the elements, etc.
