The multi-apartment residential building is a building with a complex shape in plan with a height of 5 above-ground floors and two underground floors. The building is located on the slope of the designed relief, which is actively used in its architectural and spatial composition.
The height of the above-ground floors of the residential building from floor to ceiling is 3.15 m.
On the first floor of the building there is a main entrance leading directly to the entrance group. The entrance group is represented by a lobby, a waiting area and a concierge area. There is a direct functional connection with all parts of the building from the lobby with the help of corridors, staircase and elevators. The other area of the first floor is occupied by residential premises and built-in non-residential public premises with their own exits directly to the outside. It is planned to arrange offices on the areas of non-residential premises.
In part -1 of the floor (elevation is -3.450), which is located on the side of the main facade, there is an underground built-in parking of 22 m/m with a separate entrance from the street. On the other area of the 1st floor, residential premises and built-in non-residential public premises with their exits directly to the outside are arranged.
In the underground floor (elevation is -6.900) there is an underground parking of 88 m/m, premises for the placement of engineering and technical equipment and the passage of engineering communications and non-residential premises. The height of the underground floor of the building from floor to ceiling is 2.50 ÷ 3.05 m.
The frame of the building made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The overall stability of the frame is ensured by a system of columns, walls, stiffening diaphragms and monolithic reinforced concrete floors.
The building is designed from two sections, which are blocked into a common volume through a temperature-settlement deformation seam. The deformation seam is designed in such a way that it cuts the structure of the frame to the foundation bed.
Characteristics of building structures:
- foundations - monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slab of variable thickness of 200-700 mm on pressed piles;
- walls, columns - monolithic reinforced concrete;
- the floor slabs - monolithic reinforced concrete slab with capitals above the columns.
The stability of the frame elements in both directions is ensured by the joint work of the vertical frame elements - stiffness diaphragms, columns, monolithic walls and monolithic floor discs.
Creation of the calculation model of the building was performed in the Sapfir preprocessor, the calculation was performed in the LIRA-SAPR 2019 software complex (software for calculating foundations). The number of nodes is 92113, the number of elements is 110618.
