The House of Justice in Tbilisi is both a masterpiece of modern architecture and a functional state institution. The peculiarity and innovation of the institution is that many public services are concentrated here - all in one place.

The purpose of organizing a single space is the issuance of documentation and the provision of public services.

The architectural and initial design solution belongs to the architects from Massimiliano Fuksas architetto. Eleven curved "petals" cover the building and reach a height of 35 meters. "Petals" differ in geometry and size. Each of them rests on steel columns. The main part of the building, located under a snow-white roof, is divided into seven parts, each of which is equipped with offices. They all gather around the spacious public area, which is located in the center of the Tbilisi Public Service Hall. The total area of the House of Justice of Georgia is 28 thousand square meters.

More than 2,500 specialists from around the world participated in the construction work. The main construction and installation works were carried out by the Chinese company Huachuan Georgia and the Turkish company ATAKI. Designers participated in the construction of the building's frame with its "leaves": LLC "ATAKI", "Huachuan Georgia", from Georgia, LLC "PROGRESI" took part in the design and erection of structures.

The primary examination of structures and a technical opinion, issues of organizing and designing the underground space, taking into account the construction of foundations, the construction of mezzanines, temporary supports for the installation of "petals", etc., were carried out by the employees of LLC "PROGRESI" under the leadership of D.Ya.Gigineishvili.
