You see empty window because Windows installed this update on your computer: Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 (KB3008923). The update was published on December 8, 2014.
At present we try to deal with the problem within our power.

We do not recommend installing the above-mentioned update. In case it was installed automatically, you should delete it. To do this, on the taskbar, click the Start button, and then click Control Panel / Programs and Features / View installed updates. Select the above-mentioned update in the list and delete it.
